Finally, brothers, whatever is true, whatever is honorable, whatever is just, whatever is lovely, whatever is commendable, if there is any excellence, if there is anything worthy of praise, think about these things. ~Philippians 4:8
Think! What have you been thinking about lately? Is it true? honorable? just? lovely? commendable? worthy of praise? Are your thoughts aligned with the Bible?
Think! Where do you falter? What part of your life is not living up to this standard? Movies? Music? TV? Video games? Computer games? Internet? Magazines? Books? Are your actions aligned with the Bible?
Think! Why not surrender? Why do you still cling to what is harmful? Give up the areas that are a hindrance to your walk. God is there with a better way. Come to Him. Ask Him to control this part of your life. He is there with open arms and an open heart. Does your life align with the Bible?
